A New Culinary Language
Weediner is the first gourmet dinner infused with CBD in France. Developed with Japanese chef Sho Miyashita, this experience goes far beyond food. Each dish is crafted around precise cannabinoid and terpene infusions.
From inflammation relief to calming anxiety, CBD’s benefits are now widely recognized. Terpenes—once only associated with essential oils—bring aroma, personality, and depth to every bite.

Each edition of Weediner follows a unique theme across 4 to 5 courses. Food pairings, cocktails, and even the scenography are curated to amplify the experience. It’s not just dinner—it’s a performance.
Our team of expert mixologists craft custom drinks that highlight the cannabinoids and botanicals in each course. Flavor meets science meets soul.
Atmosphere as a Key Ingredient
Decor artist Devi Wookie transforms each venue with handcrafted details and fine materials. Inspired by traditional art, she creates immersive spaces that mirror the elegance of the menu.
Weediner has already been hosted at Restaurant NOUN, Wanderlust, Kube Hôtel Paris, L’Eclaireur Hérold and even Barcelona.
